We want to work with you in the manner that's best for you.

You can license BGI's applications on a one-time, fixed fee basis, or you can pay an annual license fee each year.

You can license BGI's applications with or without the source code. And you can pay an annual maintenance fee, extend the warranty on your BGI application, and receive upgrades, or you can request support and upgrades as you wish and just pay BGI for the time needed.

It's your choice.

From day one you will be assigned one account manager for all of your support needs.

Just call or email us and the person assigned to your account will either provide what you need or find the right resources within BGI and then coordinate their efforts to help you.

While we can provide most support by phone and over the internet, when needed, we will send people to provide support onsite.

Responsive customization has always been a key component of our support model. 

When needed, we respond quickly.  Very quickly. 

Tell us what you need and, if we can’t support it with the current software, we’ll make whatever changes are needed.  And we can usually do this in a manner that will allow your changes to be incorporated into the standard version of our application.
